SUBMIT ABSTRACTS

Abstract submissions will open on July 1 and close on October 31, 2024.

Successful speakers will be notified by 30 November 2024 and will be considered for inclusion in a special issue in Journal of Sustainable Metallurgy (JSM).

SPEAKER INFORMATION

We ask those who have been notified they have been accepted to speak after 30 September 2024 to complete the Speaker Confirmation Form below by Sunday, 9 March 2025:

The form accepts file sizes up to 60MB for presentations and 5MB for headshots
Presentation Format: PowerPoint, Widescreen 16:9
Video files should be embedded in the presentation but also provided as a separate file in case of any issues
Please ensure you plan your presentation and slides according to your allocated time
Please advise ssr@newcastle.edu.au if you will be emailing your presentation separately or bringing your presentation on USB
Clicker, lectern, and microphone will be provided. The microphone will be on when you arrive at the lectern
A reminder that travel and accommodation are the responsibility of individual speakers unless prior arrangements have been made
Please note all speakers are required to register to attend the Conference.
